Rapid access to a brief assessment with an experienced Psychotherapist to gain an understanding of the impact of current difficulties experienced during Covid-19, to assess whether video therapy will be helpful, to identify any risk issues and to identify alternative methods of support where appropriate.

The MHC Recovery Programme provides support for staff and their families, their patients, the practice as a whole or indeed wider care services as required.
MHC practitioners are experienced in administering cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), person-centred therapy, interpersonal therapy (IPT) and psychodynamic therapy.
